BUYING FROM THE UK: VAT @ 20% included in the listed price. We are UK VAT registered, and you get a VAT invoice with every order. All laptops and iMacs ship with a UK keyboard and power supply unless requested otherwise. Any keyboard layout is available. Any storage, RAM or processor specification of Mac is available. If it’s not listed, just let us know - we will list it for you.

BUYING FROM THE EU: Prices minus UK VAT (20%), so please keep this in mind, it is not the final price. VAT will then be charged at your local rate upon delivery. You will however pay less than buying locally as only the computer will ship from the UK; your extras will ship from the EU, reducing your overall VAT declaration. This saves you over 10% on average.

All efforts are made to deliver within the suggested timeframe listed on the website. However, delays can occur when items go into constraint occasionally. We will keep you informed throughout, and will deliver the order as promised if it is within our power, or else issue a full and complete refund.

Your items may ship from both the UK and the EU when you order, depending upon stock levels - this will not add any extra cost to your order, all fees are covered by us.
