You can upgrade the included storage to 4TB, 8TB or even 12TB of SSD storage, Windows and Linux can be installed via Parallels if you prefer their system. Just contact us for a quote. However our system will be updated by us with fresh builds, whereas Parallels will charge you to upgrade every year to a new version.

Office for Mac 2022 is a permanent licence - not a 365 subscription, Windows 11 and Linux on ARM via UTM is also a permanent licence. The files required will be stored for you in your USB-C hub, so there is no hassle installing your extra software. You can keep them there as a permanent backup should you so wish. The Windows and Linux virtual machines can be used directly from the hub and do not need to be transferred to internal storage of the computer.

Your machine will arrive sealed, straight from Apple, and we can then remotely install your software at a time of your choosing after you have set the machine up to your liking and imported/set up your Apple profile and programs. We include the Windows and Linux installations already set up for you - they are installed in the hub and you do not need to install or import them to the internal drive - you are ready to go. You get all the applicable licences and keys for the software, inlcuding your Office key, and these can be reinstalled/moved to another Mac. If you prefer, you can have the bundle without them, as they are not pre-installed, they exist on the hub and can be moved on and off the internal drive or used from the external drive to save space. However, they make an already useful machine into an indispensable machine, so we recommend you keep them.

All non-standard Mac configurations may take longer to arrive, dependent upon availability, as they are BTO (Build to Order) machines, and are manufactured by Apple on a per-order basis. That is exactly the same as ordering directly from Apple themselves. They often arrive much sooner, as our distributors often have them in stock, but please do pay attention to the time-frames when ordering to avoid any disappointment. These are suggested time-frames, not guarantees. Standard machine configurations will arrive much sooner, as we keep them in stock. Please bear this in mind when ordering. These are customized machines, customized to each individual within each order, so they take a little time. We like to think they are worth the wait. We believe you will too. Domestic Orders

All of our items are VAT qualifying and include 20% UK VAT. VAT registered buyers in the UK can reclaim VAT if applicable.

International Orders

UK sales include UK VAT @ 20%. Sales to outside the UK will not have VAT charged by Steady Comps Ltd., and anyone outside the UK will see prices displayed minus VAT. However, VAT will be charged upon import into the destination country, at your national rate. This can then be claimed back by any business that has a VAT/IVA registration number or equivalent in your country. If you purchase from outside the UK, we ship your extra items and software (hub etc.) from our EU warehouse, so your overall VAT declaration is greatly reduced – you will save money over buying in your own country or the UK.
